Terms of Service
Kronot is a shop selling digital files for video editing — presets, transitions, sound effects and similar assets. It is operated by Erdem Erdoğdu, Yeşilkent Mh. G-12 Sk. No:24 D:2, 34325 Avcılar/İstanbul, Türkiye. Buying anything here means you accept what follows.
Who you are buying from
The files are made and supplied by Kronot. Payment is handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which means they are the seller on your card statement and your receipt, and they are responsible for collecting any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Everything about the files themselves — what they are, whether they work, and support for them — is our responsibility.
What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use the files, not the files themselves. We keep the copyright.
You may use what you buy in your own projects, personal or commercial, for yourself or for clients, in as many projects as you like, with no time limit and no attribution required.
You may not resell, redistribute, share or give away the files themselves, in whole or in part; include them in a product whose main value is the assets rather than your own work; upload them to another marketplace, asset library, or file-sharing service; or use them to train a machine-learning model.
The short version: sell what you make with them, not the files. A licence is for one person or one company. If your team needs them, each person needs a licence.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. As soon as payment clears you are sent to an order page with your downloads, and the same link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. There is no account to create and no password to remember — that link is your access, so keep it.
Each item can be downloaded up to 10 times within 1 year of purchase. If you run out or the link expires, email us and we will reissue it — we keep a record of what you bought.
Getting the email
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@kronot.co. Your order page works whether or not the email reaches you.
Changes to the products
We may update, improve or retire products. If a product you own is updated, you get the update at no extra cost. If one is retired, your access continues for the period described above.
What we do not promise
Software changes. We describe on each product page which applications and versions the files were built for, and we test against those. We cannot promise the files will work in every version of every editor, on every machine, or forever. Check the requirements on the product page before you buy — if something is unclear, ask us first.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using the site
Do not attempt to break into, overload, or scrape the site, and do not share download links publicly. We may withdraw access where a licence is being abused.
Refunds
Digital goods have their own rules, so refunds are covered on a separate page: Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. If you are buying as a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away the protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. The date at the bottom of this page tells you when it last changed.
